Head on past Tycoon A-Go-Go and look for the narrow staircase beside its entrance. Make your way upstairs, past the familiar Mr. Moneybags artwork, and you'll discover one of Nana Plaza's better-kept secrets - Lace Lounge, a speakeasy-style retreat tucked away above the action.

Opened in March 2024 by the team behind Tycoon, Lace offers a more intimate alternative to the larger go-gos downstairs. Inside, deep red sofas, subdued lighting and a small central stage give the room a cosy, private lounge feel. There's space for around 50 guests, with dancers, female company and music kept at a level where conversation can still be enjoyed.

A small balcony overlooking Sukhumvit Soi 4 offers a chance to step outside and watch the nightlife below, while the lounge itself is a comfortable spot to settle in for a few drinks away from the crowds.

Lace may take a little finding, but discovering somewhere like this is half the fun of exploring Nana Plaza.
